Following a redundancy in 2011, Lucy Cordrey and Colin Knight took a 5,000 mile trip around the national parks of America and were inspired by beautiful surroundings but also the variety of beers.
Then on their journey home they saw an article in the in-flight magazine about Gloucestershire microbreweries; spooky! Their destiny to brew was decided and they have won many awards and fans since.
