Jay Halford has a passion for food. Earlier this year he opened The Core restaurant in Charlton Kings, Cheltenham producing high quality real food. Everything is healthy, dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free where possible. His life ambition is to change the way people eat for the better and to show them the future of food.
