He became chef patron of Luke’s Dining Room in Broadway at just 18 years’ old. Luke created Retro Feasts, an exciting new pop-up in Mayfair. At 15 he won Futurechef 2009, against 7500 competitors and has worked for some of the UK’s top chefs and been the focus of TV programmes. So much achieved in so short a time.
