What Happened To The Character Ziva On Ncis

So, you're curious about what happened to Ziva on NCIS, huh? You're not alone, buddy! Let's dive into the world of Gibbs, Tony, and the gang to find out what our favorite Mossad officer has been up to.

Vanished Without a Trace

Remember when Ziva (Cote de Pablo) just... disappeared? One minute she's kicking butt and taking names, the next she's gone, leaving nothing but empty chairs and a whole lot of questions. It was like she was a ghost, or maybe Gibbs had finally found someone who could out-stubborn him!

But fear not, dear reader! This isn't a story of a character lost to the abyss of TV history. Oh no, Ziva had a plan. A big one. And it involved a certain someone she left behind.

Love Conquers All

That's right, folks! Ziva didn't just up and leave because she felt like it. No, she had a secret mission - one that involved protecting the love of her life, Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly). You see, their love story was like a real-life soap opera, complete with twists, turns, and enough drama to make a Shakespearean tragedy look like a kids' show.

Ziva found out that a certain bad guy was after her and Tony, and she wasn't about to let him get his hands on her man. So, she faked her own death (because, you know, that's totally a normal thing to do) and went into hiding. It was like a real-life witness protection program, but with way more action and way less paperwork.

But Wait, There's More!

Now, you might be thinking, "That's all well and good, but what about the whole 'faking her death' thing? How did she pull that off?" Well, my friend, that's where things get really interesting. Ziva didn't just fake her death - she faked her death and buried herself alive! Yes, you read that right. She dug a grave, climbed in, and waited for the coast to clear. It's like she was a real-life Lara Croft, but instead of treasure, she was after a life with Tony.

‘NCIS: Tony & Ziva’ Ending, Explained

And the best part? She even left a little note for Gibbs (Mark Harmon), her mentor and father figure. It said, "I'm coming home." Now, that's a cliffhanger if I've ever seen one!

Return of the Queen

After six long years, Ziva finally made her triumphant return to NCIS. And boy, was it a doozy! She showed up just in time to save Tony from a deadly situation, proving once and for all that she's the ultimate sidekick. It was like the dynamic duo had finally reunited, and we were all better for it.

But Ziva's return wasn't just about saving Tony's bacon. No, she had some unfinished business to take care of. You see, that bad guy who had been after her and Tony? Well, he was still out there, and Ziva was determined to put an end to his reign of terror once and for all.

And let me tell you, folks, she did not disappoint. Ziva went on a one-woman mission to take down the bad guy, using all her Mossad-trained skills to outsmart and outmaneuver him at every turn. It was like watching a real-life spy movie, and we were all on the edge of our seats, cheering her on.

And Then There Was Gibbs

But Ziva's return wasn't all sunshine and roses. Oh no, she had some serious explaining to do, especially to Gibbs. You see, Gibbs had been searching for Ziva for years, and he wasn't exactly thrilled to find out that she had faked her own death and left him in the dark.

But even Gibbs couldn't stay mad at Ziva for long. After all, she was like the daughter he never had, and he just couldn't resist her charm. Plus, he had to admit, her plan had worked - Tony was alive and well, and that was all that mattered.

Ziva's Legacy

So, there you have it, folks! The story of Ziva on NCIS is one of love, loss, and redemption. It's a tale of a woman who would stop at nothing to protect the ones she loves, even if it meant faking her own death and burying herself alive. It's a story that has captivated audiences for years, and it's one that will continue to inspire and entertain for years to come.

And who knows? Maybe one day, Ziva will make another surprise appearance, ready to kick some butt and take some names. After all, this is NCIS we're talking about - anything is possible!
